1. Services Offered

Turnal Industries offers a variety of services including, but not limited to:

• Air conditioning installation, servicing, and maintenance

• Electrical installation, repair, and maintenance

• Painting of walls and ceilings

• Minor renovations and general handyman work

• Site inspections and consultations

We reserve the right to modify, improve, or discontinue any part of our services at any time.

2. Booking & Scheduling

• All service bookings must be confirmed via phone, email, WhatsApp, or our website.

• Service dates and times are subject to availability.

• We aim to accommodate same-day service where possible, but this is not guaranteed.

• Changes to bookings must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.

3. Quotes & Pricing

• All quotes provided are free and valid for a limited time as stated on the quote.

• Prices may vary depending on location, scope of work, materials required, and urgency.

• We reserve the right to revise quotes if the service scope changes after inspection.

• A deposit may be required for larger projects or purchases of materials.

4. Payments & Invoicing

• Payments must be made via EFT, cash, or other approved methods.

• Final payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Late payments may result in service delays or interest charges.

• We do not accept payment through the website at this time.

5. Warranties & Guarantees

• We use reputable brands such as Samsung, LG, and Daking. Manufacturer warranties apply as specified.

• Workmanship may be covered by a limited service warranty — discussed at the time of booking.

• Warranty is void if third-party tampering, poor maintenance, or misuse is found.

• Ongoing servicing is recommended to maintain warranty eligibility.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

• Clients must notify us at least 24 hours before a scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee.

• Refunds are only provided where services were not delivered or if agreed upon in writing.

• Deposits may be forfeited if a cancellation occurs after work or material orders begin.

7. Client Responsibilities

By hiring us, you agree to:

• Provide clear access to the work area

• Ensure safety for technicians (e.g., pets secured, hazards removed)

• Communicate any changes in requirements before the job begins

• Provide accurate contact and site information

8. Liability Limitations

Turnal Industries will not be held liable for:

• Damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or third-party interference

• Delays caused by power outages, supplier shortages, or uncontrollable circumstances

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages beyond the value of the service performed

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including logos, text, graphics, and images, is the property of Turnal Industries or its licensors. You may not reuse, copy, or distribute any part of this website without written permission.

10. Privacy & Data

All customer information is handled according to our Privacy Policy and in compliance with South African data protection laws. We do not sell or share your personal data without consent.
